Russell’s priority in every photo shoot is to create a safe and relaxed environment where you can be yourself, laugh, feel confident, and enjoy the experience. With his expertise in lighting, posing, and creative direction, he brings your vision to life and captures images that truly make you stand out. Whether you prefer a clean studio session downtown, a natural outdoor setting, or a vibrant urban backdrop, Russell will work with you to find the perfect location that matches your personal style. ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE
You’ll have the opportunity to select your favorite images for editing. I dedicate hours to each photo to ensure every detail meets the highest standards. Please note that unedited RAW or original images are not included.
All pricing packages, FAQs, and online booking options are available below. I recommend booking your session at least 3 to 3.5 weeks before your intended post date.
Proofs will be delivered via email within three business days of your shoot. Once you’ve selected your favorites, final edited images will be delivered within three weeks of your confirmed selection.
If you have a specific deadline, please communicate it before the session. Need your edits sooner? Rush delivery is available for an additional fee—see the add-ons section below for details.
A 50% nonrefundable session retainer is required to book and hold your session’s desired date and time
This retainer protects from no-shows and last-minute cancellations. The retainer is deducted from the session and can be credited towards 1 future session if it’s rescheduled within 72 hours before your photoshoot. All remaining balances are due during the session, and you will receive images once paid in full.
YOUR DATE WILL NOT BE PUT ON THE CALENDAR UNTIL RETAINER HAS BEEN RECEIVED
Total session time includes any prep the client may need, such as prop staging, walking, driving, hair, makeup, and outfit changes. Late arrivals will result in shorter sessions. More time can be added for extra backdrops, multiple concepts, and locations, but it is not guaranteed the day of. Be sure to factor in additional time between your appointments to ensure no scheduling conflicts.
Please only bring persons that will encourage, hype, and make you feel comfortable at the shoot
Kids under 8 are not allowed at photoshoots or on the premises. The focus must be entirely on you, with no distractions. We want to create a fun atmosphere so that Russell can connect with you and capture the best possible photos. We will play your favorite music and have your mood board ready. Russell will assist in directing and posing with you. Think of this photoshoot as a fun outing with your best friend. I can’t wait to meet you and capture these moments!
Sessions with multiple locations and areas outside Colorado Springs Limits must be addressed to the photographer before booking, as travel expenses and/or additional time may be required. The photographer does travel to other states.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Many Outfits Can I Bring?
Outfit changes are welcomed if they fall into the package timeframe. More time can be purchased for multiple concepts, locations, and outfits. Please see add-ons for more info.
*1 1/2 hours is usually enough time for 2-3 outfits, depending on the complexity of the vision/location.
Session Rules & Late Policy
-Please be on time and arrive no more than 15 minutes early
The session will start at your scheduled time. If you are late, it will still end at your scheduled time.
-If you are 30 minutes late, and no effort has been made to contact the photographer, your session will be automatically canceled. Your retainer will act as your cancellation fee, and a new retainer will be required to book in the future.
-If the session exceeds your scheduled time, you will be charged for each 1/2 hour. ($50)
-Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are part of the shoot or approved by the photographer ahead of time, and they must be accompanied at all times.
-No glitter or confetti cannons (photographer can photoshop in photo)
-No smoking or fire of any kind in the studio
-No colored turmeric powder for sessions in the studio
-No other forms of photography or videography during the session without the photographer’s express written permission.
Rescheduling & Weather
Should you need to reschedule, 72 hours’ notice is required. One event of rescheduling is allowed, but please give as much notice as possible. Please do not reschedule for minor skin injuries or blemishes. If the weather is torrential and we cannot shoot, the session will be rescheduled or shot in a studio. Clouds, light wind, and light sprinkles aren’t a problem, and I usually go ahead with the session.
What If I Need My Pictures Sooner?
Deadlines must be approved by the photographer and made before booking, if possible. The photographer will try to meet the deadline requests, but additional fees may be required. The photographer shall not be held responsible if the client fails to provide favorite selections on time. The photographer will start on any rushed edits once full payment is received.

-I highly recommend hiring a professional to do your hair and makeup to ensure the highest quality photos. Please be sure to try on your clothing before the shoot to make sure it fits correctly. Please refrain from relying on the photographer (photoshop editing) to correct your hair, makeup, and clothing. The lack of quality within your prep can not guarantee high-quality results within the retouching process. Please ask for my preferred list if you need a good stylist, makeup artist, or hair artist.
–PLEASE NOTE
Additional retouching fees will be required for poor wig installs. Your lace must be good quality and blended correctly, or you will be charged extra or left as is. (Up to $12/Image depending on severity) Unfortunately, it’s not easy to fix in Photoshop, which adds multiple hours of editing to correct it.
What is a composite/collage image?
In photography, a composite image is a new image created by combining multiple photographs using photo editing software. The result is a single image that appears to be whole, even though it’s made up of numerous photos.
Example: multiple images of the same person in one photograph. Editing person into different scenes/landscapes/adding additional things to the background.

When Will I Receive My Photos?
Once photos have been taken, proofs will be emailed within 3 business days of the session. Once favorites have been chosen, finished edits will be emailed within 3 weeks of the favorites selection date. Raw/Original Images are not included, but the entire unedited gallery can be purchased separately. Your gallery will remain online for (4) weeks. If your gallery expires before you download it, you may request a gallery reload at a rate of $25.
